5. Edit HR and Speed

Here you define the maximum heart rate. This value shouldn’t be above 240 bpm.
You can also define the type of speed measurement (Km/h,M/min, Min/km,Mph).

You can change this at any time and all training values you’ve previously entered will be converted into the new measurement type.

c

6. Add training data

You need to enter data from at least 3 measurement points to get accurate training data.
You can add 3 additional rows, which equals up to 6 total measurement points.
When working with only heart rate and speed, simply leave the lactate fields empty.

7. Edit training data

Select which date you want to edit using the date picker. Now you can edit the old values manually or even delete that particular day.

If you choose to delete the data, all information will be erased for a new start.

Working with HR and speed, see Training values, V200.

For optional levels use the slide bar, in this case V170 to view the corresponding speed in the box at the bottom left.
It is also possible to put the mouse pointer anywhere in the graph to see the value linked to the mouse-pointer position, in this case in the middle of the box at the bottom right.

Working with HR, speed and lactate, see Training values for V200,V2, V4, HR2 and HR4.

Use the slidebars to get precise training values for speed, heartrate and lactate at selected levels, in this case 5 mmo/L. The values are viewed in the box at the bottom left.
It is also possible to put the mouse pointer anywhere in the graph to see the value linked to the mouse-pointer position, in this case in the middle of the box at the bottom right.

Improve accuracy by dragging and dropping the dots to the curve or change manually in EDIT TRAINING DATA.

Remember to click on SAVE CHANGES if you want your edits to persist.

11. Historical graph

Shows development over time as increasing or decreasing training results.

In this case in the very first test (15/1) was just HR and speed measured. In the next three tests also lactate was involved. We can see a slight upward training development but not for HR4.
